Bug Description
Now that both breadcrumbs and application buttons have been moved for 3-0, the username/login/out button is sitting on its own mis-aligned.
It should align vertically with the watermark/branding and handle gracefully situations like long headings/usernames.

Heh - it was just the mockup that had the mis-alignment... the login/username lines up perfectly with the branding in devel.
