breadcrumbs must support 2.0 and 3.0 UI

Bug Description

The recent changes to breadcrumbs broke 2.0 pages. We are certain that there will be some 2.0 pages remaining after the 3.0 release.

We need separate formatters. Restore the 2.0 formatter for the the 2.0 pages. Continue development of the 3.0 formatter under a different name.

Is there any chance you can fix this one, Michael? I've already got plenty of breadcrumbs work that is preventing me from helping my team to convert all our pages to 3.0

Actually, we can wait a little before fixing this. It's still possible that we'll be able to convert all pages to 3.0, making this obsolete.

OK, let me know. Just for the record - the breakage of 2.0 breadcrumbs was discussed and agreed upon pre-implementation (as the old breadcrumbs were rendered directly via the Hierarchy class rather than a standard template).
