Bug Description
Private branches have a bar on the side hinting that they are private, and a box on the top right that _says_ they are private. There's nothing like this for merge proposals which sucks because:
a) the privacy of a merge proposal is pretty important
b) it weakens the privacy hinting for every other component in Launchpad
