Bug Description
Since merging from the GIO branch some initial actions are delayed by a few seconds. Namely these are:
* Calling up any context menu in the application
* Selecting something in collection panel or playlist
* Switching panels
Only the very first action is delayed, no matter which of these it is. After that everything is fine.

resetting milestone to 0.3.1 since this doesn't affect 0.3.0.x, if it is indeed gio to blame.
