Bug Description

If someone copies a package from the primary archive to a PPA, any components are not overridden to main. This can leave packages published in a location that is not accessible with the normal PPA sources.list entry as it only references main.

e.g. see http://ppa.launchpad.net/ts.sch.gr/ppa/ubuntu/dists/jaunty/universe/binary-i386/Packages
