Bug Description
I think it is better to not include the formating tags in the translated string:
For example here:
https:/
The translator is asked to translate "<big><
By doing so we reduce the number of errors generated by translations.

In this case it makes sense not to translate them, but it's important to
note that if the tags are around specific parts of the string they need
to be translated. The areas that should be highlighted might be
different in different languages.
