Bug Description

On e.g. https://edge.launchpad.net/malone/+bugs there is a useless line above the "Report a bug" link which makes it look like there is something missing there and makes it look a little bit ugly.

This needs fixing before 3.0 is finished. I'm assigning to Abel because I think he did the bug list page. If I'm recalling wrong, or someone else wants to catch it first, please reassign.

This problem seems to be fixed already (at least I don't see it on edge anymore). But I've found a page with a very similar problem:
https://bugs.edge.launchpad.net/ubuntu/karmic

There is a line below the "Report a bug" line. This problem seems to only exist on this page as I didn't see it on others yet.
