Bug Description
The new bug page design mockups for 3.0 do not include the "Offer mentorship" link. There was support for this in the RFC email, and anecdotal evidence suggests no one really uses this feature. As a first step to removing the feature, the templates and link should be removed as part of the 3.0 conversion.
