Wrong formatting code prevents applet conf window's title to display in bold

Bug Description
Steps to reproduce
1. Start AWN in its spanish translation
2. Open AWN preferences by means of pressing secondary mouse button and selecting "Dock preferences"
3. Go to Applets conf window clicking on its icon.
4. Observe the conf window sub-title.
Result
Text displayed is not bolded as other windows name is because of a wrong formatting code.
Expected result
All configuration windows have the same format
Notes
Ubuntu 9.04 version is being used.
AWN version used is 0.3.3-trunk-
