Bug Description
In _base.py, line 64 the undefined variable 'file_loc' is used. This should probably be 'self.loc' instead. The attached patch fixes it.

It seems to be a typo in trunk, indeed. 0.3.0.x is not concerned. Thanks for that patch, Ralf.
