firefox shows XML error if a SSL website has an unknown CA

This is similiar to #399857:

When I try to open a SSL website (https://...), and the website's certificate is signed by an unknown CA instead of the usual warning I get the following error:

XML-Verarbeitungsfehler: Nicht definierte Entität
