Dutch translation of tutorials

If I understood correctly, this should be the starting of the translation for all tutorials. See header and footer in attachment.

Corrected some issues with layout in Inkscape (in comment one, I only translated the header and footer with my favourite text editor)

I've also made some changes to the basic tutorial original xml file (see Bug #381995 and other changes made recently), and your nl.po now has two fuzzy strings. I'm afraid you have to send it again.
