Notification icons have grey background, ie transparancy is not working

Bug Description

Binary package hint: wine

I tried it with the "Spotify" application, but I guess it will affect all windows programs with notification icons. Worked fine in 9.04.

Still the same in 10.04, haven't tried in 10.10.

Note that this occurred in 9.10 whereas the others only started 10.04
