Bug Description
As seen in OOPS-1388A1574 a IntegrityError: new row for relation "bugtracker" violates check constraint "valid_name" is triggered while adding skype as an affected product and informing the upstream email address.
Steps to reproduce on staging:
1. Open https:/
2. Fill in project: skype and click continue
3. Choose "I have already emailed an upstream bug contact"
4. Fill in the email address: <email address hidden>
5. Click "Add to Bug Report"
6. OOPS-1388A1574
