[Request] When tag info changes during playback, re-request cover information

When a track from a streaming source played, initially it doesnt have any meaningful information loaded. A cover is requested based on this non-information. Once the right information has loaded however, the cover that was loaded initially is no longer associated with the track because the information has changed.

When you play the track the second (and subsequent) times, the track information has already been loaded so the right cover->track association occurs. This means that, in order to get the right album covers for streaming sources, you need to play them twice.
