Bug Description
I have installed Exaile 0.3.0.1 on ubuntu 9.10 Karmic Koala
The file browser always defaults to home folder instead of displaying the previous state contents
and
select all [ctrl+a] option isnt working to select all songs from a folder

The first one is probably due to some Unicode problem, which I should have fixed now. I can't reproduce the second.
