"Never Played" smart playlist isn't working

Bug Description
When creating a new smart playlist, setting "Plays at most 0" (a "never played" smart playlist) result in no matches, even if the music collection contains some tracks with play count equal to zero.
After further indagation I came to the conclusion that ANY smart playlist containing "Plays" as a filter and 0 (zero) as a filter value, no matter if the condition is "at least" or "at most", result in no matches.
Version is Exaile 0.3.0.1, from the karmic repository.
