cover manager does not include all albums

Bug Description

Please see https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/exaile/+bug/479746 where I reported this bug against the Ubuntu package.

Summary: When creating the artist-album tuple for the cover manager, if the albumartist tag exists, the tuple is created with "albumartist - albumartist" instead of "albumartist - album".

A patch is attached which appears to resolve the issue completely.

When applying the patch, I can confirm that from now on exaile shows the right cover. My compilation albums all have an albumartist filled in beside the (varying) artist. I have however more than one compilation album from the same albumartist (I in fact use the name of a radio station that brought out the compilation album as albumartist). For all those compilation albums it showed the same album cover which is explained by the fact that exaile uses only the albumartist in its tuple to show the cover.

Just one thing : I hope the covers-refactor does take into account AND the showing of a cover during a track playback AND the covers showing in the cover manager. In other words : all the cover handling is done in the same place.
