Hi, I'm sorry to hear Ubuntu One isn't working properly for you. Are you behind any sort of proxy server? If so, Ubuntu One will not work behind a proxy server currently. Thank you, Joshua

I have the same problem here.
I'm behind a proxy with authentication.
