Bug Description

There seems to be no way to have the on-hover pop-up display the time in a 24-hour format while at the same time having a normal analogue clock with a 12 hour dial. Setting Docky's clock to display time in a 24-hour format automatically forces the analogue clock to display time on a 24-hour dial, which is a very uncommon way of displaying time on a dial, even in countries where the 24-hour clock is used. I realize this is a bit of a luxury problem, but in my ignorance I casually presume this wouldn't be too hard to fix.

Say it with me: feature bloat!

What you want is just one more option than I'm willing to support. Either we support 24 hr time (and themes) or we dont. I do not see the point in having a 24 hour tooltip and a 12 hr clock. Or a 24 hr digital clock with a 12 hr analog.

In Europe, using 12-hour analogue clocks with 24-hour descriptions is
the norm. *Only* in English-speaking countries do you use the AM/PM
system. The better part of the world doesn't.

Again, I realize what I am talking about isn't particularly important in the grand scheme of things, which is probably why my suggestion elicited such a terse response (viz: "Say it with me: feature bloat!") from mr Robert Dyer.

However, as made clear by Daniel Schierbeck's comment, what I am suggesting isn't really a new feature. I am merely pointing out that dials divided into 24 hours are in fact a very uncommon way of displaying time even in countries using the 24 hour clock system, and that it therefore would make a lot of sense sense to simply let the analogue clock dial remain unaffected when the user selects the option "24-hour clock". As far as I can tell this wouldn't only be more in line with the norm as well as drastically increase the readability of the clock dial, the removal of the patently abnormal 24-hour dials would actually be a simplification rather than "feature bloat".
