Importing large data set with sql will kill the browser (FF3.5)

Bug Description
Exporting a complete database with structure and data as used by CmsMadeSimple with about 6500 lines (~522kb) as a sql dump works without any problems.
Importing the same dump again crashes/hangs the browser.
This import works in phpMyAdmin so it has nothing to do with webserver oder browser configuration.
Firefox ask to stop the "long running javascript"
