Save Playlist Fails to Save

Bug Description
1. Create a playlist.
(a) Click Playlists.
(b) Click Custom Playlists.
(c) Right-click on Custom Playlists, select New Playlist.
2. Select "Save Changes to Playlist".
3. Exaile stopped playing music. This is likely because I ran it in the background of a terminal, then killed the terminal process.
4. Exaile was still running, but unresponsive, so I killed it manually.
5. Restarted Exaile and the playlist had not been saved.

Note that this only appears to happen to playlists created in that session. If you close Exaile cleanly and then reopen it between steps 1 and 2, the changes do get saved as expected.
