Twitter Updates Broken

We now about this problem, I think Twitter has discovered how we retrieve
the tweets and we have to look for a new method.

Wow, I thought it was completely acceptable to retrieve tweets of a twitter user with his permission any way we want. What's wrong with the current method?

Also I see functions.php calling new Twitter_API class and use functions like validateCredentials but I don't find this class or functions declared anywhere...

Anyway, we have to improve the use we do of Twitter Class, because we know
that we have to improve our Twitter integration.

We know we are not doing the best way...
