Bug Description

Please add pgettext (and related calls) which allow to define context of the message.

The implementation is quite straightforward, patch adding just _pgettext is here:

The patch is against an older version of php-gettext so it had to be adapted. I've also added a bunch of related functions, along with completing the emulation layer. Fixed in lp:php-gettext r47.

Note that none of p* functions have been heavily tested (some were not tested at all). I'll roll out a 1.0.10 shortly, and would appreciate any feedback I can get.
