Bug Description
The werewolf game is playable but needs a fair bit of polish. The biggest thing is that it should moderate the channel, silencing dead people all the time and everybody at night. The werewolf/

Moderation should be configurable (or possibly part of the command to start the game). For example in #compsci most people have ops, so switching on moderation does not help. Also if the bot does have enough ops to turn on +m, it could get annoying when you are chatting in a chan and suddenly you cant chat anymore because some other people are playing werewolf.
