fullscreen disapears if opening dialogs in sidebar

Inkscape 0.47, Windows XP Service Pack 3

If fullscreen is activated and you open a dialog like "Fill and Stroke" fullscreen deactivate.
I have attached a video in which you can see that.

Reproduced on Windows XP, Inkscape 0.47 and bzr rev. 9381.

Obviously I missed this report when linking several duplicates to the later reported
Bug #590719 “window resizes when toolbar/popup is opened”.

@JazzyNico - what's preferred: relink the others here or this as another duplicate to bug #590719.
