Bug Description

Binary package hint: thunar

Lucid beta system fully updated to today (18th April)
running latest kernel 2.6.32-21

Thunar starts up okay, first couple of clicks are okay, but then
the folders become unclickable.

Bug first observed in beta1 phase a week or so ago,
so I do not think it was introduced in any package upgrades to beta2.

My understanding is that Thunar or Nautilus file browsers should
work fine under Gnome, my experience in Lucid Beta is that
Nautilus has been okay but Thunar is unusable due to this bug.

To clarify:
Thunar does not freeze up. Neither does it segfault.
When it starts to misbehave and folders no longer respond
(open) after repeated clicking, I am still able to close the Thunar
program down, so it does not seem to be zombied/in some infinite sleep.

Can start the program, can click folders open once or twice, but after
that it is useless as a file browser.

Some supporting information about versions ( 1.0.1-3ubuntu1 ) is in the attachment.
