Bug Description
If I install event monitor and ZG is later restarted (because it crashed or simply killed by the user), the monitor doesn't notice anything - any newly inserted/deleted events do not trigger the monitor - in ideal case the monitor should be re-installed, another possibility is to have at least some kind of signal when ZG disappears and/or reappears.
