Bug Description
Here's a task for the non-coders out there. The OSN front page at the moment reads like an abandoned project. There is a great list of principles, but nothing indicating how far along the project is. It is already a better end-user project than OSMdroid, but you'd never know it looking at the home page.
Whoever tackles this should look at the list of similar project pages at http://
- Some screen shots
- All the current info (I'm not saying we shouldn't have the principles on the front page, just that principles are not the *only* things that should go on the front page.)
- A link to both the latest release (when we have one), and the latest nightly build (which implies there should be nightly builds).
- It should be clean enough that you can find what you want easily (i.e. it shouldn't be as cluttered as the AndNav front page).
- If OSN supports tile packs (which it does at present), it should have a link to the wiki page that lists them (they don't need to be hosted on this site, and the list could/should be a wiki page, but that wiki page should be easily findable).
- There should be a link to an obvious 'manual' wiki page for the index to the documentation (which implies at least some rudimentary documentation).
Willu,
Thanks for your comments. You may have a valid point, but could I ask you to see this link, first.

As OSN becomes more popular, it is likely that people will start adding many unwanted features to the Issues page, without discussion first. This mechanism aims to prevent this.
Thanks,
Chris.
