Bug Description

Discussed and accepted on the mailing list.

Implement 'On Screen Display'/ 'Disappearing' functionality. This will enable information to be easily available, without cluttering the screen permanently.

I've added a target release of 1.0, as much of the work for this has been carried-out in the newly open-sourced AndNav code. If this code is unsuitable, then the target release will be re-calculated.

Volunteer needed to look into this functionality.

Hi, everyone.

I was just wondering if anybody has any ideas about how we can move this issue forward.

Any thoughts?

Chris.

Is this something that could be done along with your work on Issue 74?

Sorry Chris but there just isn't enough information here for us to do anything. We need to talk about what we can provide for the user. This means working out what we will show on the screen with this hide/show system.

Looking through my mail, I'm unable to find the email regarding this proposal. Could somebody please add some additional information, otherwise I'll close the Issue. The Devs have enough to think about without trying to second-guess.

Thanks,

Chris.
