Ensure Bulgarian translation work is up to date for Market release.

Thanks for raising this. I think that new translations should be accepted with minimal discussion, as long as someone volunteers to work on the translation.

I found a useful tool to sync translations:
http://propertysync.appspot.com/synchronize.htm

It's a mess with non-latin characters but still useful to find missing properties.
