Binary package hint: evince
1/ Suggest your password demands just to try and help Ubuntu with an error report are excessive
2/ Request to be able to save a .pdf with accessible fields complete with text added to fields
3/ Good luck

Re: 1) - That's a security measure. Trust me, you don't want just anyone to be able to write stuff here (or in other bugs) while pretending to be you.
Re: 2) - That's a duplicate of bug #518230.
