Bug Description

Binary package hint: indicator-sound

My sound-control applet only allows quiet or maximum volume. There are only three steps from quiet to maximum volume. I've also found someone describing this bug on ubuntuforums.org: http://ubuntuforums.org/showthread.php?t=1475997

Is there any additional information I could offer you?

Thanks.

Hmmm sounds like bad DB data in the Alsa driver. What sound card are you using ?

hmmm will anything happen about this? I know this is a minor bug, but still it's annoying. Can someone tell me what to do to fix this?

Thanks
