Rhythmbox and AppMenu Indicator bugs

Bug Description

1) In "Edit"->Add to Playlist: if you create New Playlist and the delete them in "Side Pane" of Rhythmbox, the name of this new playlist will appear in "Edit"->Add to Playlist of AppMenu indicator, but in "Edit"->Add to Playlist of Rhythmbox its does't appears.
2) In "View" checkboxes on the left side of buttons are missing
3) In "Help" after pressing button "Contents", AppMenu disappears from the panel and "Rhythmbox Music Player" manual opens.

Hi Alexander, can you try with the latest updates to appmenu and tell me which of those items is now working or not? Thanks!

Problems described in points 2) and 3) are solved.
Problem #1 is still actual.

In menus separators are missing

1. - 3. solved for me (including missing separators), with

appmenu-gtk:
  Installed: 0.0.9-0ubuntu3
indicator-appmenu:
  Installed: 0.0.7-0ubuntu2
unity:
  Installed: 0.2.12-0ubuntu2
