Bug Description
I'm using swatchbooker 0.7.2 in spanish language. The UI displays the right language but localized swatch books display the swatch names in german, even when they contain the spanish localization.
One example of this behavior is the RAL Classic book retrieved from the web (which, btw, seems to hang swatchbooker if I open it directly so I had to save it as sbz with Convertor in order to use it in swatchbooker).

Well... this is rather a missing feature... I don't know yet very well how to deal with multilingual swatch books in the application UI.
As of now, for the multilingual fields, SwatchBooker shows the default value (<dc:title> for instance) and if there are any translations (<dc:title xml:lang="es"> for instance), the "l10n" button becomes bold. You can click it in order to see the translations.
It's not very effective but I lack ideas for making that better...
