Bug Description
Binary package hint: unity
In the applications and files view the scroll bar is not aligned with the far right of the screen - this means that in the Fitts Law-ish culture of the desktop if I throw my mouse against the right part of the screen and click to use the scroll bar, the bar doesn't move - ideally the scroll bar (even if not visibly displayed) would respond when the mouse is against the far right of the screen.
