Bug Description

Please backport pristine-tar 1.11ubuntu1 from natty to lucid.

Builds successfully in lucid pbuilder chroot.
Having built, tested to successfully perform a 'pristine-tar gendelta' operation.

Reverse depends are quite limited:
# apt-cache rdepends pristine-tar
pristine-tar
Reverse Depends:
  mercurial-buildpackage
  git-buildpackage
  bzr-builddeb

This backport will enable fixing quite a number of broken UDD package imports, per bug 653301.

This currently affects 92 packages that we are trying to import. We will need to supply them to be requeued when this gets backported and jubany gets updated.

Discussion of this on #ubuntu-devel resulted in the opinion of the backporters being that this was probable SRU material, not backports.

However, since then a Canonical IS internal backport has been made and installed on jubany, so my interest in pursuing this is now void.
