Loading Ogg Theora files throws a really chronic wobbler

Bug Description

If you try and import an Ogg Theora file (I used "/usr/share/example-content/Experience ubuntu.ogg" in Ubuntu dapper), the Loading... thing goes from 0% to -100% and then -200% all the way to -10000% and then just stays blank. The console says

We should detect and pull the audio out of video files.

I tried some ogg videos, and if it can't understand them it shows me the invalid file dialog. In the specific case of trying the Example ubuntu.ogg file, it loads to 100% and then displays the waveform fine without any errors.

This now throws a general stream error:

Error loading file: /home/jono/Examples/Experience ubuntu.ogg

Please make sure the file exists, and the appropriate plugin is installed.

GStreamer encountered a general stream error.

gstoggdemux.c(3100): gst_ogg_demux_loop (): /pipeline0/decodebin1/oggdemux0:
stream stopped, reason error

Test on Intrepid using the "Experience ubuntu.ogg" file from dapper. (http://packages.ubuntu.com/dapper/example-content)

Works fine here.
