Postfix asks too many questions

Bug Description

The postfix debconf questions are rather complicated for an ordinary user,
especially when most of our users are probably going to be running a mail client
and not even using the local mail.

I'd suggest a default of a standard mail server, and ask no questions.

It should be possible to configure local-only mail with no questions, and
that should be the default at high priority.
