Subfield c problem in 100 and 700 fields

Bug Description
Release 2.0 RC2
We created an authority from a bib record with subfield $a Mulder, Jan, $c Dr. $0 (NL-AMISG)80
We validated the bib record but field 100 c.q. 700 becomes red.
We thought this strange. Has it anything to do with the $c?

Yes, in fact it does have to do with the $c. The 700 $c is not controlled in the default authority control mapping in marcedit.js, but when you click "Create authority" it creates an authority record containing all of the subfields in the currently selected field, not just those in the authority control map.
Arguably, the "Create authority" function should filter out any subfields that are not controlled before creating the authority record.
