Bug Description

Unity 3D ,daily-ISO of yesterday, on live-USB.

See screenshot :
- maximized Firefox has "File/Edit..." menu under the upper panel
- other maximized apps have their "File/Edit..." menu integrated in the upper panel

This is not consistent.
