Bug Description

1. Install OpenLP-1.9.4-bzr1297-setup.exe on the computer.
2. Try to launch the program after installation.
3. Try to launch the program with -l debug key.

Expected result
2. Program starts successfully.
3. Debug log present in %appdata%\openlp folder

Actual result
2. Program does not start at all.
3. Debug log is not present in %appdata%\openlp folder
(Actually openlp folder is not present in %appdata%

Guys, may be it have sense to change log-file location or mechanism. Because in both "fails to start" cases it was impossible to get debug log - so it's more difficult to localize the problem.

Ratz, I think the problem may be occurring before we actually have control. We do try and open the log file as soon as possible.
It's a side effect of having to package the python program as an exe bundled with it's dependencies.

I would suggest you remove the mutagen package and comment out the code using it if you want a quick fix.
I plan to replace it in the next week anyway as it does not work for videos.
