Bug Description

Application pytrainer does not have menu bar (File, Edit,...) in the Unity. The application is therefore unusable with unity. I had to switch back to the old gnome interface:-(

Do you know if pytrainer is using gtk for its interface?

I installed pytrainer but I've been unable to get it to open a window. Does anyone know what might be wrong there? It just does this when launching from a command line:

$ pytrainer
data_path: /usr/share/pytrainer/
DIR: /usr/share/locale
site_path: /usr/lib/python2.6/site-packages
$

It just exits after printing those messages.

I'll note to merge the new Debian package after Beta2, seems like a bad bug. Meanwhile, I'll see if I can't figure out what's going on with the menubar.

Menubar seems to work fine. Mic, you sure you don't see the menubar in the top panel when you move your mouse up there?

I have upgraded to natty recently, in natty this bug is not present anymore. So I can't tell if it is still preset in maverick. But in natty not.
