Bug Description
Currently is Unity configurable only through aditionaly installed CompizConfig Settings Manger what is IMO not good solution. There must be created for users some standalone configuration utility accesible throught menu System -> Preferences or maybe through some shortcut in Dash, which will open some easy to use utility similar to old Simple-CCSM
