Ubiquity does not remove itself from docky after install and reboot

Apparently my hack to Ubiquity didn't work.

It also appear in the Applications menu and remove itself once launched.

Nope, still not fixed. Only works on second boot.

hm? by me its not fixed. I still see ubiquity installed, after the installation from the livecd, on the installed system, and in docky.
