Bug Description

Productseries translation pages (and template pages on productseries) have a link to the sharing details page in the "Sharing Information" portlet. This was placed there because originally it was planned to have such a page for productseries as we have now for a source package. But since enabling upstream translation sharing is mostly in the interest of Ubuntu translators, such a page for productseries would not make much sense especially since the work flow for an existing upstream project is slightly different.

Anyway, it follows that the links to "setup message sharing" need to be removed and when upstream message sharing is configured it should point to the details page for the sourcepackage.

Henning, does this fix the bug where the link to setup sharing details is not consistently presented? Or will that be done in a follow up branch?

Deryck, that was permissions problem. I had required permissions on the distroseries which most people don't have. Now it's all depended on what permissions you have on the upstream series. Also, I made sure that the link is always displayed if sharing is configured to some degree.

To answer your question: Yes, this branch fixes that. But it does not yet incorporate the new permission for source package links that we discussed.
