Bug Description
The answers app is completely unavailable over the API. We're trying to make it possible for canonical launchpad folks to hide question spam without involving a losa, but to do that without serious UI work, we need Question available on the API.

Wouldn't it be simpler to just put a minimal 'hide this' button on
every message, postable to the message object itself?
I have no objections to Answers being on the API, just noting that
this seems a long route about achieving spam hiding : and UI impact is
tiny if only ~registry can see the button.
