This field is currently not used much except being copied from the result bundle. It was designed to indicate if the device under test was certain of having accurate date and time. I added this based on my experience where many development boards and early prototypes had no battery-powered RTC and often reported bogus time. If we ever wanted to analyze results based on the time of testing we would need some indicator if we can trust the time.
