Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

When running Firefox for a while, the programs menu disappears from the top Unity bar; hovering over it hides the title of the currently loaded page, but no menu is shown. Only a restart of Firefox makes the menu return...

It also happened to me, but I wasn't able to reproduce.

Just noticed a similar thing happens with Evolution: occasionally it only leaves a File->Close (Ctrl-W) menu option, which must be a reminiscent from another window, as the Evolution main window doesn't have an option like that.
