"view the branch content" phraseology is pointlessly confusing

Bug Description
Launchpad project pages say "view the branch content". They should say something like "browse code", like every other code hosting site on the planet. This is what people search for when they view the page, and they frequently end up clicking through the "code" tab and then trying to figure out what the list of branches means, when they should have been able to just view the code immediately.

Better yet would be to display loggerhead by default, at the very least on the "code" page, since most of the other overview / branch list stuff is unhelpful and confusing. But: one thing at a time.
